Jonge Beweeghelden was founded by brothers Frank and René van Wieringen, who used their years of experience in exercise education and child care to develop an effective exercise method. This method helps children aged 0 to 12 get moving in a playful way and promotes a healthy, active lifestyle.

In 2021, Young Move Heroes was recognized as “well-supported,” confirming the strength of our approach (See the report and information here). The method is used daily by pedagogical staff in child care and by parents at home. They stimulate children in their motor and social development using the varied exercise program.
