  • Dot 12x (number of participants)
  • Cap 40x (10 per team)
  • Hoop 8x (2 per team)
  • Pawn 8x (2 per team)
  • Ball (small) 4x (1 per team)

Organization

1 child from each team stands on a dot with a ball.
Next to it are 10 caps.
The other children on the team stand on a dot behind the pawns.

Exercise

With your team, you must collect the 10 caps as soon as possible.
The child in front runs towards the dot in front of the child with the ball.
You can get a cap when you make a 1-2 with the child with the ball.

1-2 = the child with the ball throws the ball to another child.
That child throws the ball back.

Is the ball dropped?
Then you run back to your team without a cap and the next one may run.

Did the 1-2 succeed?
Then you may take a cap to your team and the next one may run.
