Exercise

The game leader has set out 6 activities and sets the time to 12 minutes.
During this time the children will try to complete the tasks below as quickly as possible.
When a game in completed the pair moves on to the next one as quickly as possible. When the last game is completed they simply start back at the first game, and the team in front at the end of time wins the game round

The games:

  1. 10x throwing over a distance of 4 meters (keeping feet behind the line)
  2. Roll the ball over a distance of about 4 meters and this ball must remain stationary in the hoop
  3. Bounce the ball 5x, through the hoop in the middle, to your buddy on the opposite side who must catch it.
Then you receive the ball back in the same way.
  4. Over a distance of 8 meters, roll the ball against the three pawns.
You may continue when all three are over
  5. over a distance of 8 meters, the ball is thrown 5x into the “live basket.
This means that one player throws and the other holds a hoop
  6. The ball must be successfully thrown in the air 8 times and then hit to the buddy.
The person must then also catch it.
    This must be performed 8x
Should a third team join a game, the team standing the longest at that part may move on to the next part

Simpler / More challenging: play with the distances or scoring number
