If you are tapped, you are also a ticker.
You give the ticker a hand, making a pendulum.
The outer 2 children of the pendulum, may tap children.
The ticker who started has the ribbon on all the time and thus always remains an outer child of the pendulum.
The ticker from the other side of the pendulum changes every time a new ticker is added.
