  • Pawn 6x
  • Dot 12x (number of participants)
  • Boot camp exercises (see document)
  • Music box (optional)
  • Cap 40x

Organization

Each child starts in pairs at a pawn.
Under each pawn is an exercise.

Points of interest

  • Look at each exercise together first, before bootcamp begins
  • With an odd number, the game leader participates

Start the music…

Child A starts the exercise and Child B encourages. After this they quickly switch and the roles reverse. When both children have done the exercise then it is a two-minute rest and they walk to the next part. In this way all 6 exercises are performed.  

Optional: the children can keep track of their score for each section. Then another round can be conducted after this and they can try to improve themselves.
