The organization

Each child stands on their own dot with a hoop.
From there the exercise starts each time.

  • Starting from the dot every time
  • Waiting to jump until the hoop is almost completely on the ground

The exercise

Each child throws their hoop a little bit forward and waits until the hoop is (almost) on the ground.
Then you jump into your own hoop.
Everyone take their hoop back to the dot and do it again.

Experience: jump in the water.
