The exercise
There is movement to the do-song Jungle upside down (or any other upbeat music of your choice).
The children run freely around the room.
When the music stops, they must get to a dot asap and lie down like a pencil (fully extended).
When the music comes back on, they may run again.
The next time the music stops, they try to lie on a different dot.
Expansion: the children may return only to their own dot or, on the contrary, must choose a different color from the one they used before.
