Plan
Exercise 1
Step over the fallen trees
Basic: Walk across the marking line and step sideways over the pawns
Simpler: Walk across the marking line and step forward over the pawns
More challenging: Walk across the marking line and step backward over the pawns
Exercise 2
Stand on the stone and don’t fall into the water
Basic: 3 sec standing still on 1 leg / left and right
Simpler: Without standing still
More challenging: More than 3 seconds of standing still on 1 leg
Exercise 3
Walk over the turtles (the children can choose their own route)
Basic: Walk forward a circle on the hoop
Simpler: Walk sideways one lap on the hoop
More challenging: Walk backwards one lap on the hoop
