Exercise
We are going to dance to the song “Jump!
Before you get started, the children should know the movements well.
During the chorus we will be clearly told what we are going to do, but during the verses you may make up your own movements.
Do you want to imitate Arie from the video?
Then practice the following movements:
Intro: jumping in place with hands in the air
Couplet 1: Clap and march in place
Refrain 1: Hands forward, feet side by side, sag slightly through the knees and jump!
Couplet 2: Tap your knees and march in place
Refrain 2: Hand on your head, make a rabbit ear, put your feet together and jump!
Couplet 3: Swing and march in place
Refrain 3: Feet side by side, hands on the ground and jump around!
