Organization
Have 4 children start at one exercise at a time.
After 3 minutes, the children switch to the next exercise.
Points of interest
- Watching where you throw to
- Making hands like a bowl when you want to catch
For right-handers:
- Bag in right hand
- Left foot in front of the dot, right foot on the dot
- Pointing with your left hand where you are throwing
- Watching where you throw
For left-handers, this applies in reverse

Exercise Material
Exercise 1
Throw against the bananas
Basic: Throw the ball with two hands and knock over the blocks
Simpler: Throw with two hands and shorten the distance
More challenging: Throw with two hands and increase the distance
Exercise 2
Throw the coconut as high as possible!
Basic: Throw the ball with two hands from the dot as high as possible and catch after bounce
Simpler: Throw the ball with two hands from the dot as high as possible
More challenging: Throw the ball with two hands from the dot as high as possible and catch without bounce
Exercise 3
Throw in the circus through the burning ring
Basic: Throw a kernel bag through the hoop, then another child throws the bag back
Simpler: Reduce the distance
More challenging: Increase the distance
