Make a bowl of your handsThrowing: straight-handed
- pouch in right hand
- left foot ON the dot, right foot BACK of the dot
- point with your left hand where you are throwing to
For left-handed, this applies the other way around

Exercise Material
Exercise 1
Throw the coconut as close to the tree as possible
Basic: From the dot, throw the bag as close as possible to the pawn
Simple: Reduce the distance between the pawn and the dot
Challenging: Increase the distance between the pawn and the dot
Exercise 2
Throw against the colored trees
Basic: Throw the bag against the block using the overhand technique
Simple: Reduce the distance between the dot and the cube
Challenging: Increase the distance between the dot and the cube
Exercise 3
Hold up the coconut, otherwise the juice will fall out!
Basic: Throw and catch the balloon with two hands
Simple: Throw the balloon with two hands and drop it
Challenging: Throw with two hands and other child catches the balloon
