Exercise Material
Exercise 1
Drop into the mud but clamp your banana between chin and chest
Basic: Sit down and let yourself roll backward
More challenging: Same exercise, but from squat
Exercise 2
Roll tree branches off the path so it can be used again
Basic: Start at the pawn, roll over the cubes with the log roll.
Exercise 3
Turn yourself into a pancake
Basic: Hold the parachute and roll yourself into it
