Exercise Material

Exercise 1

Drop into the mud but clamp your banana between chin and chest

Basic: Sit down and let yourself roll backward
More challenging: Same exercise, but from squat

Exercise 2

Crawl over the trees like a tiger.

Basic: Crawl over the strings like a tiger
Simpler: Hang the strings lower
More challenging: Hang too strings higher

Exercise 3

Dribble the coconut through the jungle

Basic: Dribble the ball at low pace to the other dot, keeping the ball close by
Simpler: Shoot the ball in front of you and run after it
More challenging: Dribble the ball at high pace to the other dot, keep the ball close
