Materials (per child)

  • Dots/ coaster 1x
  • Kernel bags/roll of socks 3x
    Hoop/Wasteil 1x
  • Pawn/plastic bottle 1x
  • Balloon 4x

The organization
Have children start at one exercise at a time.
After 3 minutes, children switch to the
next exercise.

Exercise Material

Exercise 1

Throw the colored coconuts (kernel bags) into the hoop

Basic: Underhand toss the bag into the hoop
Simple: Throw underhand and shorten the distance
Challenging: Throw underhand and increase the distance

Exercise 2
Throw against the colored trees

Basic: Throw the bag with the overhand technique against the block
Simple: Reduce the distance between the dot and the cube
Challenging: Increase the distance between the dot and the cube

Exercise 3
Hold the coconut up, otherwise the juice will fall out!

Basic: Throw and catch the balloon with two hands
Simple: Throw the balloon with two hands and drop it
Challenging: Throw with two hands and other child catches
