Exercise Material
Exercise 1
Roll like a big tree trunk
Basic: Roll with the body stretched back and forth
Simpler: Roll with the body stretched in one direction
More challenging: Roll one way and have someone step over you
Exercise 2
Work together like two snakes attached to each other
Basic: Hold the cube and roll one way together
Simpler: Tilt together left and right on the stomach and back
More challenging: Hold the cube and roll back and forth together
