So with all children doing the same exercise at the same time.

- Putting feet together
- Arms like an airplane
- Watching where you walk
Shooting with a ball
- Watching the ball
Jumping:
- Through your knees
- Swinging arms with them upward
- Landing on your feet
- Sagging through your knees as you land

Exercise Material
Exercise 1
Jump over the colored animals
Basic: Jump with 2 feet over the cubes
Simpler: Step over the cubes
More difficult: Jump sideways over the cubes
Exercise 2
Dribble the coconut through the jungle
Basic: Dribble with the ball on your foot to the other dot
Simpler: Shoot the ball between the strings until the ball reaches the dot
More difficult: Dribble with the ball on your foot without losing the ball
Exercise 3
Walk over the turtles
Basic: Walk sideways a circle on the hoop
Simpler: Walk a round on the hoop
More difficult: Walk backwards one lap on the hoop
