Exercise

The intruder stands outside a circle of children forming a kind of wall.
The intruder wants to enter this circle by finding a suitable hole.
This he/she does, while running around, to then squeeze between them and reach the middle.
The intruder is given 30 seconds.

The children in the circle must work well together by pressing their hips together in a timely manner and moving around with each other.

When a child has entered then the next participant may try.

Time can be played with to make it easier or harder.
