Exercise Material
Exercise
The children start in pairs.
The “hunter” stands at the red cap and the “fox” stands at the yellow cap.
The fox starts running at a random time and before passing the hunter, taps the hunter on the shoulder.
This is the starting signal for the hunter to run and grab the fox’s tail.
If the fox’s tail is grabbed by the hunter before the blue line then it is a point for the hunter.
If the fox outruns the hunter then the fox earns a point.
The further the yellow cap is, the longer the run-up is to gain more speed.
We start with a distance of 3 meters behind the red cap.
After each round, the fox moves up one spot and thus gets a new hunter behind him each time.
Arriving at the first hunter, the roles are switched.
